Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer free ultrasounds (2D and 3D/4D), pregnancy testing, STI/STD testing for pregnant clients, counseling, material assistance for moms and babies, doula services, residential services. We also serve as the first point of contact when a mother finds herself pregnant and unsure whether she wants to continue her pregnancy. We listen and provide non-judgmental, confidential and compassionate care for every person who walks through our door.

  • Aim is a 501(c)(3) religious charitable organization. We are an ecumenical organization, rooted in the Catholic tradition and committed to living out our faith by loving and serving every individual who comes through our doors—regardless of religion, ethnicity, nationality, or ability.

  • We’re a faith-based, nonprofit clinic that provides free pregnancy testing, ultrasound, and evidence-based options counseling—including clear information about abortion procedures and risks—so women can make an informed decision without pressure. Unlike Planned Parenthood, we do not provide or refer for abortions, and we do not profit from any outcome; our care is entirely focused on the woman, not a procedure. We also remain involved long after the appointment through counseling, classes, and material support, because our commitment is long-term support for both mom and baby.

  • Aim Women's Center is tax-exempt under IRS section 501(c)(3) (EIN 34-1567102). Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable under the law. In Ohio, the state offers a state income-tax deduction for contributions to a qualifying pregnancy resource center—up to $750 per taxpayer (up to $1,500 on a joint return if both spouses make eligible gifts), claimed on the Ohio IT 1040.

  • Aim Women’s Center is a nonprofit, and our operations are funded through a combination of grants and charitable giving. In a typical year, about 80% of our support comes from individual donors and 20% from grants. This year, our funding mix has shifted to approximately 60% grant-funded and 40% donor-funded, largely due to support from a generous state program—the Ohio Parenting and Pregnancy Program—which is helping us expand services for women and families.

We also offer a few optional services (like 3D/4D ultrasounds) for a set fee, and those proceeds are reinvested to help cover costs and keep our core services free for clients.

  • Absolutely! Yes. If you’re pregnant and not considering abortion, you’re still welcome at Aim—we’re here to support you throughout your pregnancy with confirmation services, education, and practical resources.

We also offer optional 3D/4D ultrasounds to support our mission: $50 for current Aim clients and $100 for non-clients (proceeds directly support free services and ongoing support for women and families).
