Aim Women’s Center is a non-profit, charitable organization that provides medical services, material assistance, education and support to those who find themselves in a pregnancy-related crisis.
Founded in 1987, the mission of the Aim Women’s Center is to serve Jesus Christ by encouraging expectant mothers to choose life and giving them the support they need to have a healthy and positive pregnancy, birth and family life.

At Aim, we come alongside women who often feel unseen and remind them of what’s true: they are not an accident, their life is precious, and God sees them. When a woman believes this, she can face her pregnancy with clarity and make a decision from a place of strength, not fear.
Through pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and one-on-one appointments with licensed nurses, doulas, and counselors, we walk alongside moms throughout her pregnancy and into her baby’s first few years of life.
We offer all our services free to any woman who walks through our doors. But more than services, we offer a community for women here in the Ohio Valley.

The abortion pill accounts for more than 60% of abortions
The “abortion pill” is typically a two-step process using two different medications: mifepristone and misoprostol. Some women regret taking the first medication and immediately wonder if there is any way to stop the process before taking the second. The good news is that progesterone may help support the pregnancy when started as soon as possible after the first medication—ideally within the first 72 hours and before the second medication is taken.

Ultrasounds save lives
An ultrasound gives a woman clear, medically accurate information about her pregnancy—confirming viability, estimating gestational age, and identifying concerns that may require follow-up care. Your support helps provide free ultrasounds and compassionate counseling so women can make informed decisions and choose life with confidence.

Pregnancy doesn’t keep business hours—and neither does our care. Through our helpline, material assistance, and practical classes, we walk with moms day and night with real support for the moments that matter most. Your partnership helps ensure no mom in our community has to figure it out alone.
